jilbay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount on jilbay is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All transactions on jilbay are processed in Philippine Peso. jilbay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. jilbay aims to process standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional verification requirements.
jilbay may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts. You may be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete required verification may result in delays or withholding of withdrawals until compliance is satisfied.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your jilbay account are from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources. jilbay maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for large deposits. Use of jilbay for money laundering or any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
jilbay is not responsible for deposits declined by payment service providers. If a deposit is not credited to your jilbay account within the expected timeframe, contact jilbay support with proof of the transaction for investigation.

Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal.
